As per Eurobodalla Shire Council rules, you cannot burn off in residential areas of Dalmeny or Kianga, only in rural areas, i.e. properties that do not have access to domestic waste collection.
During fire danger periods fires are not allowed unless a permit has been obtained from the NSW Rural Fire Service. Check the web page to see if permits are currently required.

The primary vehicle used by the Brigade for rural property protection is a Cat1 heavy tanker. This vehicle is 2.4m wide, 7.8m long, 3.5m high and weighs 13.7 tonne. You should ensure the driveway to your property can readily accommodate this vehicle.
